”We have traveled to Frederica/Milford for 4 straight summers for the American Select Lacrosse tournament, and this was by far, our favorite place to stay! It’s a perfect location to DE Turf with a delightful and huge back yard. The interior is clean and newly renovated. We had everything we needed and then some. The owners were very communicative. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend!”

”If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans throughout. The host couldn’t have been better. Very easy to communicate with and actually notified us of a...

”Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

”We shared this house with another family for a baseball tournament near by. The location was perfect. 10-15 mins to sports complex and close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house fit our 2 families perfectly, the extra bonus space upstairs is great for the kids to have their own space. Linens and towels provided were clean. Josh was easy to talk to and got right back to me with any questions we had. Only thing was there was no coffee mugs or much glassware for drinks. Plate and...

Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. ”Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home, we really enjoyed the house! House had everything we needed and it was clean! Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! The walk to the beach was really nice and glad we can go anytime without it being crowded. Overall enjoyed the home and we do look forward to coming back next year!”
