”The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

”We were in a room that the window treatments would not open and the light switch didn’t turn any lights on. The fan was blowing air that smelled very much of must and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

”Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

”Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in...

”Friendly staff. Hallways were not clean, there was stuff all over carpets. Room was clean but little dingy. Even a non-smpking room smelled like smoke.”

”We enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was very helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and even gave my daughter a band-aid when she needed one. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay!!”

”We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...

”Beware they will charge you for parking. $7 a day. Was not in any of the communication before stay. Hotel was good. Close to Zoo.”
