”The reception desk staff was absolutely stellar. We were on the 6th floor and had quiet, restful sleep. My only feedback is that there is no pool it's a hot tub/sauna in the building next door and a $40/day extra fee for 1-2 people +20 for each additional person wanting to join. You have to purchase day passes at the front to utilize that feature of your stay. I misread the initial booking and was a little confused. Otherwise great experience and location was fabulous/in close proximity to a lot...

”Nice pool in the center of the hotel that our kids had fun in. Our family really enjoyed the warm cookies and milk at night in the lobby that were free. Also a great location and could walk to several areas in the city that we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with directions on getting places also.”

”Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request...

”The property is clean and well maintained given that it is an old building with a fun past! The hotel is located in the business part of downtown so it was quieter that other areas. The hotel staff was attentive. Mike is an EXCELLENT bartender and gave great recommendations for dinner options that were within walking distance. We had a King Suite which I thought would be great since our teenage daughter was staying with us for a couple of the nights and could sleep on the sofa bed. ...

”The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again.”
