”We had booked a room with breakfast, but they forgot to give us breakfast coupons when we arrived. It wasn't big deal though, our waitress got one for us after we ate. There was a big storm during our stay, and the windows started leeking - half the carpet was soaked, but it didn't bother us. Location is nice, you can easily walk to Dinkytown and Downtown where all the restaurants are. In nearby blocks there's nothing much, but 10-20 min walk gets you about anywhere.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was just as expected, clean and minimal. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water was HOT. It set us up for a wonderful night of rest in the comfy bed. Temperature controls kept our room nice and cozy when coming in from a cold day after walking through snow covered streets and riding the light rail. Speaking of the light rail, it was maybe a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We rode the train from the airport to the hotel, to the Mall of...

”Very clean, staff was fantastic!! Hotel was very close to hospital. Parking is very expensive $32 dollars a day!!! The parking garage is not owned by hotel and when I got in the elevator to go get my car there was a homeless person sleeping in the elevator. Definitely not safe in the garage area, especially when you pay $32 dollars a day! ”

”Everything went smoothly and the room was big enough to be comfortable for a week stay. Staff was courteous, room was clean and warm for a winter stay, it had everything we needed except herbal tea. There was underground parking available which really helped. Although parking above or below ground was expensive.”
