”The hosts provide a perfect place to stay. It is cozy, but seems more roomy than the pictures suggest. Each room is enhanced by tastefully chosen art, furniture and unusually varied lighting. The kitchen has a surprising amount of functionality, not least of which is how attractive it is. We didn't cook since Alameda has excellent, affordable restaurants nearby, We slept well.”

”I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. ”

There is parking in the driveway.The location couldn’t be better. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants along College Ave.Patty, the owner, lives in the front house and is very personable and accommodating. We’re looking forward to staying here again!”

It was perfectly located- just steps to an amazing beach, half mile walk along the road or beach to the cute little town, with an excellent restaurant for meals and coffee and pastries. The unit was very clean and comfortable inside and out, it had everything I needed in the kitchen, the bed was comfy and a nice outdoor space to sit. The property is in a great location for exploring the area. I will be back for sure! ”
