”Huone oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Henkilökunnan jäsenet ystävällisiä. Aamupala hyvä ja kohtuullisen hintainen. Hyvien kulkuyhteyden varrella, pari minuuttia metroon.”

”Siisti huone, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä sijainti (lähellä todella paljon ravintola- ja kahvilatarjontaa sekä metroasema), mukava sänky, huoneessa ilmaiset kahvi- ja teevälineet, vettä ja pientä syötävää. OIkein hyvä hotelli muutaman päivän kaupunkilomalle, mutta huone todella pieni, joten edes yksin matkatessa ei ollut juuri tilaa esim. matkalaukulle. Hyvä neljän tähden hotelli, ei kuitenkaan missään tapauksessa viiden tähden hotelli.”

”Tyttären kanssa olimme viisi yötä ja näppärä ja kaunis huone neljännessä kerroksessa palveli valtavan hyvin! Vastaan otto oli loistava ja kaikki respa visiitit ja myös lähdössä oli melkein kyynel poskella, olisi ollut kiva jäädä vielä pitemmäksikin aijaksi :)”

”We loved the neighborhood. 5 min walk to Earl's Court station with many restaurants A 20 min walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Great linens/beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting London.”

”Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay...

”We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

”The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment.”
