"Hieman sivussa oleva hotelli. Ympärillä ei juurikaan nähtävää. Mutta kävellen kesti 15 min keskustaan ja siitä eteenpäin basaareille. Huone ihan normi, ei valitettavaa. Netti heikko. Kauppakeskus on aika pikkunen, mutta sai sieltä ruokaa ja rihkamaa. Parkkihalli hiukan ahdas isommalle autolle. Max 2 m korkeus. "

Breakfast is decent, though specialty coffees come at an additional charge.

The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the steam sauna was completely out of service, and the regular sauna heater was operating at half capacity.
Be aware that the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer at 5 AM is very loud. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended, as the hotel does not provide them.
Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The location is convenient.
Towels, bed linens, and other amenities are of high quality.
Wi-Fi is fast, and customer service is good."
"I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again."
