”Hotelli on melko uusi ja siisti, rauhallisella kadulla. Palvelu hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä, se vaihtui hieman päivittäin ja oli riittävän kattava. Huone oli isohko ja sänky laadukas. Kävellen pääsi keskustaan ja lähistöllä oli hyviä ravintoloita sekä paikallisbussipysäkki Matka Kanjoniin. Suosittelen!”

”Oli siistiä ja kaikin puolin mukavaa, aamupala maittava. Siirtymistä kaupungille tai linja-autoasemalle joutui vähän säätämään (ilman kielitaitoa ja mobiili-internetiä tai bussikorttia), mutta matka keskustaan on kyllä käveltävissä ja bussit kulkevat läheltä. Tulisin uudestaan tähän hotelliin.”

"The hotel has a good and pleasant overall atmosphere.
The spa area is clean, and the massages are excellent.
Breakfast is decent, though specialty coffees come at an additional charge.
Housekeeping could be improved.
The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the steam sauna was completely out of service, and the regular sauna heater was operating at half capacity.
Be aware that the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer at 5 AM is very loud. If you are sensitive to noise, bringing earplugs is recommended, as the hotel does not provide them.
Additionally, the hotel does not serve alcohol.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The location is convenient.
Towels, bed linens, and other amenities are of high quality.
Wi-Fi is fast, and customer service is good."
"I ordered from the hotel a taxi to airport pickup and it never showed up. I mentioned that in the reception and they offered me that have a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. I went to have a dinner and when it came to an end the waitress came and said that there was no proof that the taxi was ordered in the airport. I was shocked of this accusation calling me a liar. I had the email with me and they wanted me to send it to reception. I have never felt so bad as a customer with wide traveling experience in a five star hotels. Horrible customer service, never again."
