”Great pool had fun”

”Very clean, nice breakfast easy to park.”

”The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming.”

”No regular coffee in our room and no coffee at 7am in the lobby.”

”I stayed at this hotel for 6 days while I was in town for a conference. Housekeeping did not come to our room once and our key cards rarely worked. I was constantly down at the front desk asking them to reset my key card, and staff were incredibly dismissive and rude.”

”My room smelled like cigarettes. There were bugs and hair in the shower upon arrival and my shoes stuck to the floor.”

”A beautiful place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying nature. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and take excellent care of the property.”

”Room was not clean towel dirty bed cover had holes and no one was cleaning found spider and mouse dropping everywhere”

”There is no pool, no breakfast, and when you need clean towels, you have to bring down your old, wet ones. The back of our toilet was held together with duct tape. The air conditioning unit didn't work either.”

”Elevator was out of service and we were put on the 5th floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be kept up and quite a few people just hanging out behind the hotel in the parking lot.”

”We love staying at this property! It has a comfortable boutique feel and is in a great location! We traveled to Baltimore to see baseball games at Camden yards and enjoy spending time in Fells Point eating,shopping, etc.”

”Excellent service from staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Courtyard is private and lights up beautifully at night. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Very close to everything. Can walk to Inner Harbour and Little Italy for restaurants. Would highly recommend for couples, business or just leisure. We will return.”

”We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next time it will be a better pool experience for us.”
