”The hotel is right next to the ocean, wonderful location. The staff is super nice & helpful, provide all the surroundings information. The room is clean with refrigerator & microwave, coffee maker. Very satisfied with our stay.”

”We had an awesome stay in Homer at the Pioneer Inn. The room perfectly suited our needs and Lila & Paula were amazing. Very responsive to questions and checking in to assure our stay was satisfactory. Also, I tweeked my knee, because you know, walking is hard :). They drove me to the medical center to get it checked out, and came back to pick me up afterward. They also helped me to find a knee brace in town. I would definitely stay at the Pioneer Inn when in Homer again.”

”Loved the view. We saw eagles & sea otters from our window. Could hear the waves. Truly amazing. Would have been nice to have blackout shade but it wasn't there. Great location. Owners were great! Bed was comfortable. Barn door bathroom door so not much privacy in that way but we would still stay again.”

”The owners, Juxia and Stephen, were very helpful wonderful couple. Juxia's breakfasts were splendid. Conversations over breakfast with Stephen were awesome. Stephen's tips of what to do, where to eat etc. made our two day visit to Homer perfect. Located on the hill looking over the Homer Spit is picture perfect. The room with the view was cozy and clean. ”

”Wonderful view! Nice, roomy unit. Two issues. 1. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. Searching said no channels found. 2. Unit description online showed “kitchen”. There was a little fridge in the room with a microwave on top. That’s not a kitchen.”

”This cabin was great! There were seven of us that stayed there with plenty of room! We loved the location of the hotel because we were a quick drive away from Homer! The pictures do not do this place justice!! Highly recommend!”

”This apartment was the best I have ever rented. It had everything you could think of. Very clean, and organized. Easy to find. Even had a moose at the place when we got here. In a very wooded lot with a lake, hard to see lake. Very quiet too.”
