”This is a lovely location near ballet Memphis, which was my destination and I was able to do the walk easily and safely. The home is simple and well decorated and kept clean. It is well equipped the towels and bed. Linens are nice and the shower is outstanding. I was quite comfortable and found everything in the kitchen I needed. I had a little bit of difficulty with the charging structure, but it was remedied quickly when I pointed out the problems. I will come back again.”

”Morgan made our Christmas trip so enjoyable. We were SO glad we did this amazing mod/retro/boutique vibes as opposed to a cookie cutter hotel. The furniture is cozy, the bed is awesome! The bathroom has heated floors! It’s a short walk to Central bbq, friendly coffee shop Otherlands - you’re a hop, skip and jump to Overton Park and the zoo! Keyless entry everywhere makes it SO convenient! We felt really safe and parking is close to the building. The TVs are super large so it was fun...

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
