”The good: Host was very responsive throughout the process. The location is perfect for walking to some great food/music in the area.Having said that, we moved out after the first night knowing that we might not get the money back for unused nights. The smell of weed and neighbors fighting all night long did it in for us. I can't say that is a normal issue for this unit, but we didn't feel safe/secure, much less comfortable here. ”This is a lovely location near ballet Memphis, which was my destination and I was able to do the walk easily and safely. The home is simple and well decorated and kept clean. It is well equipped the towels and bed. Linens are nice and the shower is outstanding. I was quite comfortable and found everything in the kitchen I needed. I had a little bit of difficulty with the charging structure, but it was remedied quickly when I pointed out the problems. I will come back again.”

”The place was large and clean. We really enjoyed the location for our one night stay with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The large city park was also a very short walk and was a great place to walk our dog in the morning. The only issue we had was that the listing said the beds were queens but they were definitely smaller than a queen probably a full. ”Communication was terrible. First I was threatend they will cancel my stay although I was already on my way. Then they did not give me the codes to enter the rental. I had to make phone calls and waited for an hour to get in. Walking distance to midtown - well that would be a fitness program during the day. At night - there are no street lights for the first mile. Okay there are two dim lights to be accurate. ”

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
