”We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty vacant due to the road construction. It was a little difficult to get to the entrance but it was worth it. The staffed helped us get around it. The room was nice but homely. It was just what we needed. The ice machine was broke but not really a big deal to me. We would definitely stay there again. ”

”I had a no smoking room. The front desk asked for $50 in "cash" as a deposit. What gives, they had my credit card. I asked for a receipt for the cash, the man at the desk showed me a stack of money, each with a piece of paper stapled to it, showing me all the people that had left deposits. I attempted to shower when i entered my room. It took the hot water awhile to come up to temperature and when it did, it was at best luke warm. Too cold to shower! And it's good that i didn't, the Room had no...

”The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it.”

”States that I damaged towel and took some of deposit. I had no damaged towel, I just got fresh towels day before and new towel I used once and they say those same new towel I damaged and I know I did not. Then there no recourse they just take money from bogus room inspection. Left my room and towels in good conditions and did not stain or damage a towel. Beware of this hotel and their inspection process because they got it wrong and taking money from customers wrongfully ”

”The room had never been cleaned. Dirty sheets piled on the bed and trash on the floor. I tried to get a refund and because it was booked through Expedia, they would not give me a refund and Expedia couldn’t help either. So do yourself a favor and stay away.”

”It was very dirty starting with the stairs. All full or weird smells and smoke. Not for families.”
