”This was the WORST place I have ever seen! The hallway and room were dirty and smelly. The bathroom was filthy. There was a film on the tabletops. The security lock on the door was broken. It looked like a crime scene waiting to happen. We could not stay there. When I asked for a refund I was told we paid over 15 minutes ago and could not get a refund. Oh great! They must also rent rooms by the hour for hookers and drug dealers. I am disputing the charge. Thanks alot Expedia!”

”No quality at this Inn! Breakfast is a joke! Rooms are decent but need some repairs. Staff has alot to be desired. Save yourself time and money.....stay at the quality inn in Lexington....its like night and day.”

”The rooms reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room there was dirty white stuff in the carpet. The room smells so bad. I was unable to stay for the night. I actually left the hotel and went to find another room somewhere else. I will not be staying at a red roof fan again.”

”The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it.”

”The pictures on this listing are false advertising!!!! They may have been taken 20 years ago because the interior and exterior are not even close to the shape that the photos display. The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted! There wasn’t anyone in front of me waiting. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and still checked in only to check out minutes after getting...

”The staff was nice but the rooms were horrible the smell, the beds, the tub they need a whole new reconstruction due on that property it's no way they still in business with the rooms looking how they look and smelling how they smell.”
