”This was, by far, the least clean property I have ever stayed in. There were signs that it wasn't going to be nice, and certainly not fancy, but I was still shocked by just how dirty the facility is. There were used tissues on the floor under the edge of my bed, the mirrors and television were covered with fingerprints and smudges from attempted cleaning, and the room smelled like smoke - no doubt because the windows were open and there are ashtrays outside each room. The bathroom had been...

”We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. The location is wonderful. You can walk to town with all the historic shops and delicious restaurants. We...

”I have enjoyed three stays at the Sleep Inn. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Keurig coffee maker with free pods in my room plus microwave and large refrigerator.”

”Melanie is super sweet, and extremely helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Even the decorations are perfect. Its by far the coziest place to stay, definitely worth the trip. And the staff is amazing 👏 We always appreciate everything ❤️”

”It was difficult to find this hotel because no signs by the road. Hotel itself was very good basic.”

”When booking a luxury spa getaway, I primarily evaluate two factors: room ambiance (design, light, and comfort) and in-room amenities. On the first count, our king-size suite delivered. It was stunning—spacious, flooded with natural light, and outfitted with large windows and motorized shades. However, the in-room essentials fell short. At $650 a night in a secluded location, missing basic vanity supplies like lotion, shower caps, loofahs, dental kits, and sewing kits felt like a major...

”The room was clean and the linens were nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.”

”Friendly staff, felt safe, beds and pillows very comfortable. AC works but makes a sound, it turns on and off. There is a very strong smell in the room, maybe it's the carpet. Took a while to get used to it. Squeaky floor. Price was affordable. Hot water works great.”

”No staff available onsite for check-in and check-in instructions were unclear. Staff did not answer the phone when we called the number provided for help. There is no one to ask for extra towels or other amenities. Room was clean enough but smelled strongly of mildew and the windows did not open so there wasn’t a way to air it out without leaving the front door open. The hot water was warm at best. The vanity/mirror in bathroom was mounted so high, I could only see the top of my head. Very...
