  • Astu pois el��mästäsi ja rentoudu mukavasti tässä kauniissa uudessa (2019) kodissa! Nauti aamukahvia tai happy hour-cocktaileja avoimessa kuistilla. Tämä lähellä 4-makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpyhuonetta sijaitseva Pot-Nets Bayside -hotelli sijaitsee rannan tuntumassa. Se tarjoaa tilavia olohuoneita, joissa yhdistyvät keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone. Kävele 5 minuutin kävelymatka venesataman rantatietä pitkin, jotta pääset aina suosittuun paratiisi-grilliin, yksityiselle rannalle, kalastukseen ja rappaaville laiturille. Altaat, tennis, baseball-kenttä ja leikkikentät ovat paikan päällä. Venevuokraus on vuokrattavissa 40 dollaria päivässä. Golf-auto sisältyy tähän ominaisuuteen ilman lisäkustannuksia. Lapset ovat tervetulleita ja lemmikitkin! Erinomainen sijainti melontaan ja pystyssä melontaan! Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä maailmankuululta Baywood Greens -golfkentältä (10 minuuttia), verovapaista Tanger Outlet -keskuksista (20 minuuttia) ja viehättäviin keskusta-alueisiin Rehoboth Beachille ja Lewesille (30 minuuttia).

    Meillä on vähintään 7 yön oleskelu kesäkaudella. Check IN on sunnuntaisin klo 16.00 ja Check OUT on sunnuntaisin klo 10.00. Meillä on vähintään 2 yön oleskelua muina vuodenaikoina.

    Venelaskut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä kustakin kodista, ja ne ovat saatavana ensin tullutta palvellaan ensin. Kun teet lomakohteesi varauksen, soita meille myös tekemään venesatamavarauksesi. Veneemme luistomme ovat 24 jalkaa pitkiä, 14 jalkaa leveitä ja ne voivat laittaa 32 jalkaa pitkän veneen; keskimääräinen veden syvyys on 4 jalkaa laskuveden aikaan.

Wonderful gathering spaces and room to unwind

Our visit to 489 Salty Air was full of surprises. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. Each of the bedrooms had a bath attached for privacy. There were many things to do such as walk the beach and docks, swim in the pool, visit Paradiseeateries or play games on the large porch. The view overlooking the bay was wonderful. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks.

Great location

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Winter sunsets!

Awesome property, perfect location, more room than one would ever expect. There were a few minor exceptions but easily overlooked. Bedrooms were more than adequate, however showers although beautiful could have better pressure and hotter water temp. The view was spectacular!

Just OK

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

The layout of this home was perfect with each room having its bathroom and king size bed! The proximity to the beach and Paradise was perfect for our split decision group. My fiance really enjoyed morning golf cart rides checking out the community - so much that he hasn’t stopped talking about us buying a house in Bayside since we left. We’ve already started talking about coming back for another week in September!

RelaxingOff season visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large, beautiful and everything we wanted. The only problem was the cleanliness and a few broken things such as cabinets and bed frames. The master bedroom bed was coated in black animal hair, it was all over the blanket, pillow and mattress protector. We had to ask for it to all be switched out. The house itself clearly had been sitting empty due to the season as it had layers of dust and the floors had to be swept when I got there. The golf cart headlights were blown on one side and the grill barely worked. I will stay there again but with high hopes that next time the house will be clean and everything in working order.

Unfortunately we were awaken by construction work at 7 a.m. I was in the back bedroom and 20 feet from my head was a backhoe digging. It was going forward and beeping backwards continuously for an hour. I paid extra for my two dogs that were going crazy. I was so looking forward to sleeping in-ugh! I called to report it and they said they can’t control when they work on the property. I asked if they would return the dog fee that I paid? The response was “I’ll think about it.” They must be still thinking didn’t receive a reimbursement and I left the place the way I found it.

Baywood Green Wedding Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at PotNets for a weekend wedding at Baywood Greens, and this place was fantastic! The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!

Beautiful beach oasis at Pot-Nets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just what we needed! It was big enough for 4 families each having their own room and bathroom. It was close to beautiful marinas, pools, and beach bay. The children had a great time in the playground and adults and children loved Paradise Grill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. The Property we love. The view of the water from the front porch while drinking our coffee is great (missing it this week) The floors need to be worked on and the golf cart would not charge. The rugs could use a good cleaning in the living room area. We hope to be back next year!!!
