Villa Pisacco is a charming rural property recently renovated located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position in the village of Milo on the slopes of Mount Etna.
The villa is immersed in a 3.000 m2 garden rich of Mediterranean vegetation with amazing views over the Ionian Sea.

The villa is 300 m2 and it boasts 300 m2 terraces, it has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and it can accommodate 12 people in total.
Inside it is characterized by a warm country style with antiques, upholstery and local materials such as lava stone, wood, ceramic tiles.

It develops on two levels, on the ground floor we find a living room with fireplace, a fully kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, one of which is walk through, and two bathrooms.

On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms (two with en-suite bathroom), a further bathroom and a large panoramic terrace.

Outside there are spacious equipped terraces and the beautiful saltwater pool 4 meters x 10 (chlorine free) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

There is also a loggia and a BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dinning and a solarium.

The villa offers all kind of comforts: internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, A/C, dryer, washing machine and dishwasher and from here you can easily reach other characteristic destinations such as: such as Taormina, Catania and Syracuse and the natural beauties of the Etna Park.

Neighborhood and surroundings
The magnificent coastal strip of the province of Catania overlooks the Ionian Sea with its crystalline waters of cobalt blue color, azure and turquoise.
Signs of different cultures meet in the small and large centers of this land.
Traces of a story that has breathed the influences of many dominations are visible in the architectural lines of buildings, churches and monuments.
Then there is nature, a generous and sometimes harsh nature and Mount Etna, the volcano, a UNESCO heritage since 2013, is its symbol.
Gardens of citrus groves and large vineyards interrupt, with their bright colors, the gray of the lava earth.
Chestnut trees, hazel groves, oaks, pines and beech trees form the thick woods that cover the mountains.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible. Saturday only from 24/06 to 01/09
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 22:30): € 50 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 400 kwh (over 400 kwh an extra charge of € 0,50 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, bed linens with weekly change, pool towels with weekly change, midweek change of bath towels, midweek reset of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Wood for the fireplace not included.
The pool is open from 29/03 to 12/11

Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 1.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 10 nights.
