”Great location , clean , great staff”

”It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it.”

”Nice 2010 built hotel. Car is obligatory as the hotel Unfortunately away from Burlington i.e. no local services withing walking distance (except a supermarket in less than 500m).”

”Very clean. Parking great. Amenities great”

”The location was great and parking easy, but the room could have been cleaner, especially the floor.”

”Wonderful location and staff easy to everything in Springfield, IL.”

”Wonderful stay in a beautiful home, hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious”

”I appreciated the option of a separate bedroom with a lock on the door. The living room/dining room worked well for our stay. The room, although late in getting cleaned on time for check in at 3pm- we waited an extra hour, was freshly cleaned. The outside gardens were managed although the driveway/ parking lot had quite a few large holes in it.”

”Excellent staff, very cozy restaurant and lobby area. Very close to the lake and church street market.”

”room is clean, staff are nice, parking is good, only problem is noise. I can hear the street noise and the sounds the neighbours make.”
