”Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. Rooms are very basic, for the price and the attraction of "Horwood House". Be careful, the beds are on wheels, which surprised my mum, as she almost fell off. They are also...

”Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower.”

The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience.”

”Just a great place to relax eat, run in the gym, have a spa relaxing to ease those stresses in the body. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. But please try the top notch dinner served in the cedar restaurant its just divine snd worth every penny. The staff were absolutely helpful, happy and just want make your stay peaceful and wonderful and relaxing. Im comming back in the next opportunity..”
