”The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did.”

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

”The inn was nice, in a small very compact and nice village centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. The wireless worked without problems. I plan to stay here again when my travels take me there.”

”Very nice stay in small and cosy Old Amersham village. The hotel was cute little old building dating back to 15th century (oldest parts). Room was well equipped; big bathroom with tub and separate shower. Complimentary toiletries ans water was provided. Breakfast was okay, more british style (as scandinavians we missed all the veggies). Staff was very helpfull and nice.”

”On arrival, staff were informative and helpful. Room was extremly small (as expected) but fine for 1 night. Plenty of dust but its because everything is black so even if you have just cleaned, it looks dusty. Drinks and pool area nice, not the cheapest but acceptable. Food in thai was nice and didnt have to wait very long. Room and various areas of the hotel are in need of fixing (cracked mirrors, sinks etc) the property design is so high mai tence its almost impossible to keep this interior...

”No air-conditioning, dead flys in room on floor and window sills in stairway and room. Room tiny and was ridiculously hot. Stains on carpet, pillowcase and towels. The cold water tap did not work on sink or in shower. Honestly one of the worst stays of my life.”
