”For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

”Great location, really convenient having the kitchen in the room. Close to kings park, Elizabeth quay, and the ferry to Rottnest. Staff were super helpful! Huge shout out to Mere, who was really outstanding!”

”Great location; close to bus and train stations, waterfront and CBD. Good amenities with pool (undergoing renovation?) and sauna. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size. Bathroom was a let-down however with only rain head shower, no slide shower head. Overall apartments could do with decor and bathroom upgrades. ”
