The room was very clean, the hotel was lovely and clean. The spa was amazing and all the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again 🙂

Laguna Hotel
Rooms dated. Could do with re decorating and a bit more modern. New mattress and new bedding wouldn't hurt. My partner booked this hotel so we could go in pool and ms to go in the jacuzzi to help my back as I had a back operation. The pool was full on Friday and Saturday with slot of children so ...

+ Location, surrounding environment, service, historic building - Cold room (in Aug), no AC, could hear everything through walls and windows, mold in bathroom, carpet did not feel clean Neutral: breakfast same English breakfast every morning

The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
