”Great stay. Came in for our first Vikings game. Broke my ankle a few days before our trip. Staff were helpful, polite and had actual conversations. Asked us about the game and our plans. Could tell some didnt know what they were talking about but there was a genuine attempt at a conversations from a psych nurse perspective as opposed to kissing our butt. Were so excited we locked our key in the room 2x and they didnt give us a hard time.”

”Check in staff didn’t feel welcoming , didn’t even show us directions where go to the rooms and where to park . We had to ask .”

”Staff were very helpful. Very clean room.”

”Room was spacious and clean. Loved having well equipped kitchen facilities so we didn't have to eat out every night. But free breakfast was offered every morning too with reasonable choice. Staff very helpful. Shuttle very useful. Good location for Mall of America, eating places and transport links. Also great walking trail behind hotel.”

”Somebody from hotel's restaurant copied my credit card. They took the card and went to make authorization. Be careful with them. I hope hotel management will make some improvements. Otherwise a good hotel.”

”Great breakfast!”

”There were boxelder bugs in both of our rooms. The wifi didnt work. The breakfast was very selected. The pool and hot tub were being used and when the people I came with asked if they could go in the hot tub the other people said no. I spoke with the front desk letting them know about the bugs and all that was said was sorry not even try to give a discount or make it right. Overnight staff was very nice.”
