”The staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect for our family. The Cookhouse is an easy place to eat. The food is great and only about 100 feet from the furthest cabin door. Love the sitting areas and the trail around the property. Close enough to Park Rapids if you need major stores! We love this place.”

”The cabin was very clean and cute and had a lot of games to play when indoors. Items that could be improved: some outdoor games; there was not a drainer stopper in the kitchen sink (and the sink was very small); the main bedroom shower floor was little rocks and some were a little pokey on the feet; flannel sheets on the bed in July is an odd choice; the outdoor grill was not usable - the grates on it were not clean and were in bad shape, plus it appears only two of the burners were working.”

”The cabin itself was comfortable, with a great shower, comfortable furnishings, and a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms.Unfortunately, the listing misrepresented the property's location. It was advertised as a two-bedroom cabin on Lake Osage, with photos of a beach and two docks, and encouraged guests to "Bring your boat!" In reality, the cabin is not on the lake. It sits across a public road on a small, shallow pond. You cannot even see the lake from the cabin because the owners' lakefront...

”Immaculate, serene, picturesque property indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed a beautiful and fun weekend with family & friends. Property owner was very friendly, kind and courteous. ”The entire experience was fabulous. We wanted someplace to just be away from our normal routine. It was wonderful to watch all the kids on the lake, the friendly boaters going by. Watching the Loons and a family of ducks. The cabin was very clean and easy to navigate. It was right on the lake. Couldn't get any closer unless you were in it. My husband sat on the deck the entire time and loved it. I drove to Miners Mountain and walked the trails, it was beautiful and only about 17 minutes away....
