Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair.”

”Pool was awesome. Enjoyed being able to look out over the pool from the balcony. Nice hot tubs. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Alot to choose from. Could have let everyone have eggs, sausage, or biscuits gravy. Very quiet.”

”Wow! Blown away by this property! This is a beautiful hotel, casino and golf course. Everything about our stay was perfect The room was great! Comfortable and pristine! The staff was super friendly and accommodating in every way in every area! Pool and hot tub were great! Food was great! Had fun playing in the casino and enjoyed cocktails at the bar! Everyone we met took pride in working here! Will definitely go back!!”

”In short, the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge that worked well, the AC kept the room cool, and the Wifi worked perfectly. There's not much more I could ask for, especially at this price point. The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. ”Older hotel with paper thin walls. Had two rooms. One was clean and neat albeit dated. The other was cold, less clean. Tony at front desk was great. Could hear guy in next room snoring. Price is very reasonable. Probably wont go back because of overall condition.”
