Ok hotelli, joka näkyy kauas.
Hotelli näkyy jo kaukaa, mikä aina helpottaa hotellille kävelyä. Siisti tilava huone ISOLLA vaatekomerolla. Hotellin aulassa on kauppa, josta on helppo ostaa mm. juomia ja matkamuistoja. Kävelyetäisyydellä keskusta. Voisimme yöpyä uudestaankin, jos satumme Minskiin.

Good hotel on a beautiful spot
Hotel is clean, comfortable and breakfast good. Location is beautiful, but ca 10-15min walk to nearest metro stop (nice walk around the river though). Grogery stores and shopping centre nearby, good restaurants at the hotel and nice view from the bar/restaurant on the 22nd floor.

Very satisfactory comparable to price ;)
Spa area is good. Saunas dry , but ok. Suite nice. Good massage. Everything quite well. Some floors (rugs) at rooms a bit dirty!

Hyvällä paikalla, suhteellisen hyvään kuntoon uusittu hotelli, jossa toki vielä jonkin verran neuvostoaikojen tuntuakin, etenkin aamiaisravintolassa. Siisti huone, ohttuullisen hyvä palvelu, vaikka henkilökunnan englannin taidossa toivomisen varaa.

Good place to stay. Little off from the main area of restaurants and nightlife, but still not too far for walking. Rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. Did not have breakfast or eat in the restaurant.. but the pool/ sauna area was nice addition. A bit small, but nice. Gym seemed fine from the pool :)

Old style high buildning with wide hotel services. Silent, wide and clean Basic room, friendly staff, not any negative founded... Hope to some day stay again longer time.

Mielenkiintoinen hotelli kauniissa ympäristössä
Hetken mielijohteesta toteutetulla pidennetyllä viikonlopulla Minskissä. Belarus on mielenkiintoinen hyvätasoinen hotelli kauniilla puistoalueella joen tuntumassa. Parinkymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta keskustasta ja kulttuurinähtävyyksistä. Monipuoliset palvelut. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ravintoloiden alakarte tarjonta oli runsas ja ruoka maukasta. Hinta-laatu-suhde oli hyvä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja tarjolla oli paljon paikallisia herkkuja. Sauna-uima-allas osasto oli piristävä.

I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time.

One needs to be aware that there is no facility to make tea of coffee in the rooms. You need to go to a water dispenser near the lifts to get hot (or drinking) water. I find this strange for a 3 star hotel. Also ensure that you include breakfast in your booking. Otherwise you will have to pay another Euro 10 for breakfast.

It's hard for me to make a comparison to other Belarusian hotels. I can definitely recommend this one for other travelers. The only problem was that it wasn't possible to open the window.

There is some room for improvement
Overall quality of room is good. What I didn't like: 1) Wi-Fi isn't stable. Especially when connect a laptop, speed drops in 5 times, becomes very slow. But II needed it hardly for remote work. 2) Cleaning ladies didn't change the soap 3) Usually in such rooms there is some elementary kitchen stuff, such as kettle or so 4) Some little handy things, as "shoe spoon", were missing

Incompetent staff, quite run out rooms
Our check-in was horrifying, the girl was entering the passport info for ages, gave is a room that couldn’t lock so we asked for it to be fixed, but the room manager spoke no English. We were in a rush and just left the luggage at the reception, hoping to get normal room once we are back and then they asked for the passports again…
