”Very attentive staff. We had trouble with neighbors loud at 3:30 am & that got handled quickly by security once we called, then the next morning they gave us a new room. Good location. Comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salem!”

”If you’re sensitive to strong, perfumy scents, this is not the hotel for you. There are multiple air fresheners throughout the hallways that spray frequently. There was even one that spreyed in the elevator. While there weren’t any air fresheners plugged into the rooms themselves, a strong fragrance would rush in every time the door was opened. Simply walking from my room to the car made my eyes water and triggered an immediate migraine.”

We were told by Brenda the hotel Manager that we would get a refund back from Expedia, but now Expedia says the hotel will not provide the refund to pass on.
