    Upon entering, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens, and a stove, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The living room is cozy and inviting, featuring a smart TV for your entertainment needs.

    Starboard Side's bedrooms are a blend of comfort and style. The upper floor features two king-sized bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offering a serene retreat. Downstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms, including two with sets of queen over queen bunk beds, ideal for families or larger groups. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, providing a private and relaxing space.

    One of the highlights of this property is its private pool, complete with a heated option available for a fee. Relax on the pool deck or enjoy the fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating for those al fresco dinners.

    This house sleeps a maximum of 20 guests.

    We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

    Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

    In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

    This property has parking for 6 vehicles.

    There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

    This pool can be heated between October- April for an additional daily fee upon request to our office.

Wonderful week

The house was great. Large common area for the family to congregate, cook and eat. The pool area was nice and the cabana had fridges and an ice machine. A very short walk to the beach and the fabulous white sand. We'll be back.

Home Away From Home!!

The Stay Was Incredible From Beginning to End. From the Advance call about a freezer issue that they were prompt about getting fixed even before we made it there. The comfort and ambiance was Top tier. We had everything we needed and more. I have recommended the property to many and I plan to book it again in the future! I love it and I even took away some design ideas for my home back In Louisiana! Thank you Again for the Awesome Accommodation! Greatly Enjoyed Our Spring Break

Family vacation celebrating my mother's 75th birthday

We all loved the house. It was gorgeous. It was family oriented when you have children. I felt right at home and it gave me some ideas on decorating my own home. The neighborhood was great, one block away from the beach, so we walked to the beach. The location was off the strip for all the shopping centers. I would recommend putting waste baskets in the bathrooms and a chair in all the bedrooms. But our overall visit was fantastic and I am looking forward to my next vacation!!!

The house was amazing!! They even gave us early access on our arrival day. There was 17 of us, ages 69 to 10months, and we had plenty of room. I loved the dining room table, all of us able to sit down and eat dinner together. The kitchen was awesome! Literally 2 of everything! We cooked alot, so this was a plus. They provided pool towels, which helped alot!! The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor. The tiki bar out by the pool with the 2 mini fridges and the ice maker (the good ice) is great! The pool is 3ft on both ends and about 5ft in the middle. They have a volleyball net available. The 4 bedrooms (2kings/2bunks) upstairs were pretty big, the 2 bedrooms (2kings) downstairs were smaller. Its was nice for everyone to have their own space. I would recommend renting the golf cart... especially if you have kids and need to bring "all the things". There's golf cart parking at the beach acces gate. Overall we had an amazing week, and would definitely consider staying again!

Pretty property. Poor communication

I reached out to the host multiple times with no response. I showed up and there was a broken wine glass and they did not respond regarding this. Hoping I don’t get charged. Also, the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t stream shows/movies. The house is massive and amazing though.

Beautiful Property

I booked this property for a 50th birthday weekend. The property was very clean and more beautiful than the pictures. The only problem we had was an issue getting the door opened upon arrival. I called the property management number and the gentleman who was on call came right over and helped. He was quick responding and very polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property.
