Ariel Dunes II 1802 is a rental condo centrally located in Miramar Beach. The condo enjoys expansive Gulf views, a spacious living area, two bedrooms, and two baths. A twin bunk and a queen-size sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to accommodate up to eight guests.

The comfortable living room is bright and welcoming, with sliding glass doors that face the beach and let in the brilliant Florida sunshine. Through the sliding glass doors, you can access a covered balcony, where you can check out gorgeous water views and relax in perfect coastal weather. Inside, the living room includes an oversized wraparound leather couch, a hardwood drink table, white entertainment unit, and a wall-mounted TV. In the adjacent dining room, a glass-topped table is surrounded by eight straw-backed chairs with sea-blue cushions. Nearby, you will find a buffet side table with coffee and a wine rack. Tile floors flow into the kitchen, which has stainless-steel appliances, honey-colored cabinets, granite countertops, a raised breakfast bar, and three raised stools. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway just off the kitchen to keep your beach gear fresh for a new day!

The master suite radiates a simple beach elegance, featuring a king-size bed with a handsome headboard, hardwood dresser and matching side tables, and a mounted flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the furnished balcony. If you insist on working while on vacation, there is an adjustable electric desk and stool provided. The master suite also includes an en-suite bath with a soaking tub, separate glass-walled shower, and a vanity with double sinks. A contemporary-styled guest bedroom has a king-size bed, sunny window, TV, and beachy wall art. The guest bedroom shares access to a full hall bath with a kid-size bunk nook. The sea-inspired nook has a twin bunk and a wall mural of a pretty beach scene.

When booking a stay at Ariel Dunes, be sure to take advantage of the awesome resort amenities. With three swimming pools to choose from, it’s easy to enjoy a freshwater dip before hopping over to the beach for a saltwater plunge. An expansive sundeck with lounge chairs grills surrounds the pool. The resort includes an on-site fitness center that overlooks the pools, and Ocean Reef Resorts guests can get discounted golf, tennis, and recreation rates at the neighboring Seascape Resort. When venturing into the surrounding area, you’ll find popular restaurants, bars, shopping, concerts, events, and festivals.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
