Augusta Village 524 is a cozy, updated home perfect for your next beach vacation. Augusta Village 524 is one of the few updated vacation homes in the Augusta neighborhood. Comfortable, updated, and in a quiet neighborhood within the resort and includes a golf cart!
The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It features a Keurig coffee machine and a standard coffee pot if you prefer both. The kitchen comes fully stocked if you want to cook family meals. Just off the kitchen is the dining room, with enough seating around a beautiful glass table overlooking the greenery. The living room features comfortable seating around a flat screen T.V. The two recliner chairs are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just off the living room, you can exit out to the private screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze. A private grilling area is provided and makes cooking a breeze. 
The Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a flat-screen T.V. The guest bedroom provides two queen beds overlooking a flat-screen T.V.  Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with updated fixtures and lighting. 
August Village 524 is in the perfect location. The Village of Baytowne Wharf features dining, shopping, and entertainment for the kids. You can zip over to the beach, which also has a restaurant.
