    Nauti tilavista majoituksista ja rauhallisesta yksityisyydestä tällä kahden makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen huoneistolla Sandestin® Golf- ja Beach Resort -hotellin ylellisessä Bahia-osakehuoneistossa. Tämä ainutlaatuinen majoitus tarjoaa yhden makuuhuoneen huoneiston, joka on kätevästi yhdistetty studion sviittiin, jotta yksi täydellinen loma-asunto! Kerää aamiainen, lounas tai illallinen täysin avautuvassa keittiössä ja viereisessä ruokailutilassa yhden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa. Vietä elokuva-ilta yhdessä takan kanssa tilavassa olohuoneessa, jossa on uusi taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin, kun taas ylimitoitettu parveke tarjoaa upeat näkymät viehättävälle lahdelle.     Studio-sviitti sopii erinomaisesti teini-ikäisille tai isovanhemmille, jotta heillä on oma tila, mutta ei ole kaukana perheestä. Sviitissä on oma minikeittiö, jossa on minijääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni sekä intiimi ruokailu- ja oleskelutila, jossa on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Molemmat asunnot on sisustettu kauniisti Bahian nykyajan South Beach -tyyliin, ja niissä on king-size-vuode, queen-vuode ja vuodesohva. Work Trip

Had a great trip. Was in town for a conference at the Grand Sandestin so the location was convenient to everything. Room was nice and provided everything I needed.

Very clean unit. Friendly and very helpful property manager. Pool was not heated and there were no grills to cookout but it was a great location and fun week!

Short Beach Trip

We loved the property, and the lock out room was great for our teenage son. Everything about the property was great with the exception of the floors, they were dirty and obvious they had not been thoroughly cleaned before our stay. That’s an easy fix and would definitely recommend this property.

Anniversary Get-Away

Everything went as planned. Property was exceptional; close to attractions (golf !) Shuttles took longer than I remembered, but that may have been due to a large corporate outing that was there. Would have been all "5's", but there was some lag in email/text responses. Not terribly long. But enough to make us wonder if they were recieved. Overall a great stay; looking forward to another one soon. Jim

Had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very comfortable with a beautiful view of nature and the sunset over water. We appreciated the accessibility features as we travelled with someone who needed these accommodations. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Wide open floor plan & some beach accessories for us to borrow. Henderson Beach isn’t far and is a much better experience than the resort beach. Resort patrons lock down the chair and umbrellas for days in advance & cover the ENTIRE beach, squishing everyone else to the waterline with zero elbow room. You won’t regret Henderson Beach for $6. Pool is beautiful and so close, Baytowne Wharf is too and a family fun blast! My only recommendations for improvement would be a refresh on the patio furniture and flexibility on check in/check out times as 10am and 4pm times are quite steep and rigid.

great location in san destin resort

We had lots of room and it was very nice to have a guest bathroom when people visited. The connecting apartments were nicely decorated and the balcony looking out to the bay was beautiful. Our only complaints were: 1)the wifi was spotty 2)the tvs didnt work well with the wifi not working well and 3)the wash cloths in the baths were super thin and yellowed. Other than that we had a great time at the resort and around destin and enjoyed the apartment. Thanks for hosting us!

Worst experience ever. Stay away!

When we arrived, there had been a water pipe leak in the facilities area adjacent to the unit (ice machine/laundry area). Large industrial fans and repair workers were working in the hallway outside the unit. Water had seeped into the master bedroom and locked owner's closet which shared a common wall with the issue going on in the building. I'm not sure how long it had been going on, but the carpet was wet, and the smell was unbearable -- almost similar to a moldy fishy smell which means the wet carpet had probably been sitting this way for a while in the hot unoccupied rental unit. We notified the property management at check in. Two members of our party became ill because of the smell despite us trying to dry out the carpet with industrial fans provided by the building management as well as opening the balcony door to allow fresh air in. The building manager came and confirmed that this unit should not be stayed in until the problem had been fixed. We were relocated to another unit but then asked to leave with virtually no notice after one night as this unit had been rented to someone else by the rental agency. We were forced to pack up our belongings into our car for they day and My Vacation Haven said they would "be in touch". After not hearing from them for over 6 hours, we called them back and were told to move back into the Bahia. We were told they had fixed the issue with the wet carpet and smell. They did not. The carpet had been dried out and the water stain was gone (probably since we had fans on the area now for 24+ hours) but the smell was still awful and unbearable. We moved in/out of rental properties from My Vacation Haven 3 times before the management company told us they had no properties left and everything they had was rented. They were not helpful in finding another place to stay. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel on our own. My Vacation Haven claims they "inspect" properties before you arrive but this obviously is not the case. Unless you want to inhale moldy dead fish smell your entire vacation and deal with a nightmare of a property management agency, do not book here!!!

Family Vacation

This was our first time to Destin. The Sandestin was the best choice we made! This condo was clean and ready for us at check in. The balcony has a beautiful view. The beach toys and chairs were great and the Sandestin Tram was very convenient. My only complaint was not having information about the resort and all it has to offer. I would suggest having a map of the resort and options/activities the resort offers.

Perfect place for a vacation. Baytown is beautiful with nice pool. Condo had everything you need to feel right at home.

Problems in Paradise

Sadly we had a day/night without air early in the stay. Internet service was sketchy making it difficult to stream an evening movie for the kids. The area is overpopulated making the beach nearly inaccessible We did enjoy the community pool and the evening activities at the wharf. The condo itself was as comfortable as advertised when cool. We are Floridians and have found other resorts more fun and a better value.
