Included are two pools, one is heated year round, the other, the larger pool between the condo buildings has has a zero depth kiddie pool and hot tub. There are also gas and charcoal grills located at either pool for guests use. Fitness center located on site. Also, a arcade for the little ones! Mainsail has a large amount of common area, which is great to fly a kite, play football, etc. Conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance.
