Great stay. As advertised it’s steps away from public access to the beach. Someone needs to remark the parking numbers. Never talked to anyone directly all communication was thru e-mail or thru text via Vrbo

Good location

Property was in a good location. Management was fast and helpful with all our needs. Would recommend the Blue surf to anyone in search of a good vacation spot. We will be back!

Unsatisfactory rental unit

We have been staying at the Blue Surf for over 25 years. (Since 1987) we have used both 2 and 1 bedroom units. We were very disappointed in the condition of 14A we recently stayed in. You can tell the unit was a for rent only unit. In the various other units we’ve stayed they had a lot of TLC and personal input in their units. 14A had filthy patched and frayed carpeting. Original worn bathroom fixtures from the early 1980’s. Poorly placed and sized tv’s. All the furniture was very worn(especially the sofa bed) and looked like it had been purchased at a flea market. Nothing matched or fit the spaces utilized. The air conditioner looked fairly new but was oversized and set below the 1 bedroom window. I actually thought a diesel truck was running outside the bedroom, very loud. The a/c did fail the last night we stayed and the unit became very warm before checkout the next morning. Switches didn’t work for all electrical. Walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. Lock sets were vintage and worn compared to other units and the sliding door didn’t lock just a stick to keep it from opening. Unit needs much love and upgrading. We have always loved the Blue Surf but will bypass 14A in the future.

Cute and comfy place at the beach

We absolutely loved staying at this property so much that we have already booked it for next summer! The property managers are wonderful. Everything was clean and as pictured.
