On laattalattiat koko tämän tilava huoneisto kanssa makuuhuoneissa on uusi laatta lankku lattia, joka näyttää aivan kova puulattiat !! Huoneisto on sisustettu Beachy pastelli ja neutraalit sävyt kaunis aksentti taidetta koko tämän pitää teema rannalla! Tämä huoneisto on täydellinen seuraava Beach Getaway. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja tarjoaa aamiaisbaari paikkainen 4. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode, makuuhuone tarjoaa kauniit näkymät Emerald vedet ja sokeri valkoista hiekkaa. Nauti runsaasti mukavat istuimet olohuoneessa ja iso taulutelevisio Istua ulkona parvekkeella ja rentoutua etsii yli kaunis Meksikonlahdella.

Well the positive is the view. It's amazing , the spot allows you to see all the way down the coast. Unfortunately the furniture was so bad you had to prop the dirty pillows under you on the coach so you didn't sink in. The master bedroom mattress desperately needs replaced. It was so soft and worn out you couldn't sit on the side of it. Sleeping in it was a challenge We had to call housekeeping to clean our shower (which they were very nice and promptly came) Our feet would turn black from walking in the floors. The patio furniture rockers are shot. We had to address the no Wi-Fi problem. After a day of no returned calls from the number they gave us. We went to desk and they gave us jet pack that really didn't work either. Hard for us to work with such sporadic Wi-Fi. We've stayed in this area many times and love it. This is the first time we've been unhappy. It's just simply time for this particular condo to have a good update.

Great location

We stayed in this unit for a week recently. The number one pro in staying here is the on-beach location. The view from the balcony was great, and there are enough furnishings on it and space to dine or relax. Easy walk right out to the elevator nearby and down to the beach and pool. Stretch of beach had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to rent (the unit did not have its own for use) and a security guard on staff. The unit itself was comfortable and mostly well-appointed. The property is part of a major resort with lots of amenities, but we really didn’t take advantage of any of them so I can’t speak to that. We did walk to the mini-golf course on the other side of the parking lot and play a round, cost isn’t included but it’s not too pricy. When they say bring your own stuff they mean it. There were no leftover condiments or paper products like you might find in other vacation rentals. First trip to the store we bought paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, etc. along with every food we’d need to cook with and eat. I don’t mind that, we can use the leftovers back home. But I didn’t expect to have no kitchen sponge, kitchen towels, or oven mitts. That would be helpful. The bed in the master bedroom desperately needs replacing. The side I slept on had lost its structure. The floors could have been cleaner when we came in. I know it’s hard in a beach condo, but they really did need a good mopping. There is a vacuum and broom to handle sand you track in. One thing about Sandestin itself is that it’s not really near Destin Harbor where many of the fishing and boating stuff happens, and the traffic between can be awful. There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and we appreciated the not-as-crowded feel of the Miramar Beach area, but factor in drive time if you plan on going to the harbor often. Overall, the property worked very well for a week with four adults. Large enough for us to spread out, kitchen outfitted well enough to cook all our dinners, and the right kind of beach front location that made it easy for us to come and go from beach and pool as we wished.

1st off check in time was for 4 we were not able to get into the condo until almost 6. Then when we walked in the condo stunk like dead fish. They had shredded cheese everywhere and crackers under the couch cushions. 2nd the couch cushions were stained and dingy looking. They had sand all over the floor and you could tell it hadn’t been moped in a while! The balcony is small and over crowded. 3rd we rented beach chairs for the day it was supposed to be 48$ we did not realize it until we made it back home but they charged us 109$ . The parking is absolutely ridiculous we had to fight for a parking spot daily!! The front door and door frame was so nasty looking I didn’t even want to touch it!! They we booked threw VRBO which comes with accidentally ins. Well at check in they had to still put a 500$ hold on my debit card!!!! Made absolutely no sense to me!! I really feel like to owner of this condo needs to be contacted because for the price of this condo is definitely not worth it!! They need to be aware of the condition this condo is in!!! We have stay in plenty of condos and this one was by far my worst experience!!!!

Unsatisfied and unhappy stay.

This was our first stay in a property through VRBO rental. The following are the issues we have encountered during our stay myself and my wife: 1- During the check in process we were asked to put $500.00 as a security deposit for the property safety, although we have purchased property insurance through VRBO. 2- The condo has outdated furniture. The master bedroom mattress was very fluffy as if all springs are broken. The cloth of the living room are old and dirty. 3- The condo building didn't have a swimming pool ready for the residents during our stay. It was under construction and our only option was to use the pool of the next building. This is an issue which we should have been warned about ahead of time during the booking of the unite. 4- The whole building and the access to the beach aren't prepared for handling the Handicap people. With many steps to climb up/down it was very hard for a person like me with a hip replacement surgery to use it. 5- VRBO extra rental fees are very excessive. We were told that we could have cut down these fees by making the booking directly with the Sandestin resort.

Great place to stay

My family had a wonderful time at the Sandestin resort. We were in Beach Tower 1 and the location was perfect. The property was beautiful and our condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean views were amazing. Comfortable beds, and it was very clean. We had an issue with the dryer and microwave and the staff handle it very quickly. We will stay here again for sure!

Nice get away

We enjoyed a get away without kids. This property was as listed , clean , close to the water , stocked with linens and things needed to get started with out trip until we made it to Walmart. Overall we had a great time and would come back again.

WORST PROPERTY I'VE STAYED IN.

Been coming to Destin or Orange Beach area for 20 years, at least annually. This was the WORST property we've stayed in. Floors were filthy: after 5 minutes barefooted, bottom of our feet were black. Bed in Master BR was horrible. I'M 6'3" / 205; when I sat on edge of bed, it sank at least a foot and the rest of the bed was same to lay in it. Kitchen lights flickered constantly. No instructions or information regarding the unit's amenities, ie., beach chair rentals, etc Washing machine door would not open, could not wash clothes. Otherwise, great location, great view.

Florida vacation

The internet connection was very weak. The mattresses too soft. The springs on the sofas and chairs were worn out. When you sat on them you almost sank to the floor and I do not weigh very much. The view was lovely, everyone at the property was nice, and the property amenities were lovely.

Best part is the view

The location and view of this condo were wonderful. Unfortunately, the HVAC wasn't working when we arrived and the dryer vent was broken. The condo really needs fresh paint, and the mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced. The appliances and TVs are outdated. With lots of work, this condo could be much more desirable to rent again.

Condo has two king beds which is what we needed. Clean with great view. Pool a little disappointing but beach is short walk and not overly crowded.

Perfect location!!!

This condo was a close walk to the beach. Roomy, clean, and beds are comfortable. I am somewhat picky ( we have places in OB, ALA.) as well as the three friends stayed with me. We could not have been more please with the location, nearby restaurants, shops and short walk to the beach ( keep in mind they do not take cash to rent Chairs- you must have cash and sometimes the amenities card you leave when you check in will work they stated they frequently have issues with using that as form of payment) We cooked several meals in the condo and again pleasantly surprised at the selection of pots and utensils on hand. Only suggestion if you rent would be to bring 'your' toilet paper and extra paper towels. One last thing, they do NOT supply beach towels. BYO. Great time even though we had intermittent rain. Enjoy :))
