    Welcome to Fairways. This wonderful cottage is located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy a morning or afternoon on the screened in patio or the uncovered outdoor deck with a lovely view of the water. Enjoying driving the cart on the resort to Baytowne, the beach, tennis, Jolee Island and more.



    The master bedroom, located on the back side of the cottage with a water view, includes a king bed, flat screen TV and a large walk- in closet with a washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your convenience. Our guest bedroom is just to the right when you enter this lovely cottage and also contains a king bed, large closet, and a flat screen TV. The connected guest bathroom has a full shower.



    Enjoy a fabulous golf cart ride just a couple miles from the beach. Cart can be taken through underground tunnel under the highway all the way to the beach!



    The spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family getaway: Stainless steel appliances, utensils, cookware, Keurig more. The dining area seats up to up people.



    Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside, Grayton Beach, outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.



    Tennis, golf, and pickleball are offered on the resort. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A.



    Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

    A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.

    Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guest's driver's license per stay. IF unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.

    Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

The property overall was good. It could have been cleaner. The addition of ceiling fans in both bedrooms would be a definite improvement. The front bedroom with the queen bed is very low and I would suggest raising it up so people who may have knee problems or are older have an easier time getting in and out of the bed. The location, ease of beach access, and golf cart were definitely a plus.

Pros:- Golf cart was included which is a must considering nothing is in walking distance- Free beach parking if you get there early; beach was 5 mins by golf cart - Safe and secure - Showers had good water pressure- We traveled with two couples and plenty of space- Kitchen was well stocked- Screened porch was great- you can ride golf cart to get ice cream at Moo LaLaCons:- Houses are really on top of each other so sitting on the deck means you’re hanging with the neighbors - Beds were a bit more firm than we liked but not terrible - Drains in shower didn’t drain as fast as the water was coming out so you stood in water while showering

This was a fabulous place to stay for a quick weekend getaway! The golf cart is a must, everything was incredibly easy, from checking in to finding our way around. The home is so lovely, so comfortable and clean with everything you need. And my favorite is the screened in patio for when the bugs sun or wind are just too much for you, you can still be sitting outside by the water. Fantastic weekend!

Very nice property! Enjoyed seeing the turtle family in the pond. Golf cart was nice too. It would have been nice to have some informational pamphlets available. Also, the code for the door lock didn’t work.

This was a very nice place to stay and the host was extremely accomodating with our circumstances. We had to book another nights stay last minute due to weather heading back home. It was a cozy, comfy place to have some relaxation after some long work days. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

As a whole, great place and a great stay. We love the privacy but also being able to tootle over to the beach with the golf cart.We had a little spill in the oven. Had to take out the heater pan below the oven to clean it up. Nasty down there with dead roaches. I understand though it's not a common place to clean so not a big deal. Places like this should clean under the oven and under the fridge every once in awhile

Family Vacation

The cottage was perfect for our stay and the golf cart was a huge bonus! Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride. Beatiful resort & accomodations, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!

Peaceful getaway

This place was awesome. As a past reviewer stated that you are away from the beach but the golf cart makes it easy to access. We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and had everything you needed. Management was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The house was very clean when we arrived. It has all the amenities you and your family need. The screened in patio was a great place to hang out on with the weather being as nice as it was. I will be looking to stay at this house again on my next trip.

Convenient and quiet location

This cottage was warm and inviting and the location was convenient to the shops and restaurants which we could use the golf cart to get to. We had family and friends staying nearby because of a wedding we were all attending and the location was within minutes of the venue and hotel where the rehearsal dinner was. It was very quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood we were in.

Very beautiful house that was very quite and peaceful. Very nice change from the busy condo we usually stay in. It looked just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds, beautiful views, quite neighborhood and we loved the golf cart included! We would definitely stay here again!!

Girls trip

We had a great time and the golf cart was perfect for going anywhere in the Sandestin resort! Definitely the way to do it and not worry about Ubers or renting a car. The place was very cozy and even had a fire table to enjoy coffee or cocktails around with friends. Beautiful view in the back. Great trip! Would recommend!

Wrapping it up to do it again

We needed a stay for one night, and I wanted to take the opportunity to check out a location for our next stay. This was perfect! We will definitely be back for an entire stay. The cottage was so cute and cozy, very clean (and I am super picky!), and such a great surrounding. The screened porch, back deck, and water view were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped and all the rooms were comfy. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Vacation Time

Great property. All was great expect the golf cart condition. There had been a previous rain and the golf cart seats was soaked to the cushions. This was to the point where our pants, shorts, dress was soaked on her butts daily. Uncomfortable and very aggravating. The management company was notified and made aware. While the property itself is older and could use some updating, the reason for the one-star rating is the troubling experience we had with the faulty golf cart and ensuing unprofessional service by the property management company and owner. We were charged for repairs that were not caused by negligence or poor driving on our part but were a direct result of the golf cart's faulty steering.We've been coming to Sandestin every summer for nearly 20 years and have never once had an issue ... until now.

Nice home

The property is located right off highway 98 in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was close by. The golf cart provided can only be used on the property. We had family staying on 30 A Scenic drive,Miramar beach we were unable to drive to them with the golf cart so the golf cart was not useful for us and was one of the reasons we rented the cottage. We had never been to Destin so we were unaware of the layout. I feel that part should be clearer under the details. The mattress's are hard and pillows are not fluffy both need replaced.

Not as represented online

This is in need of some serious improvements. Mildew or black mold surrounding two cieling vents. Better beds and bedding. Screen porch door held together with bungee cord. Table on back porch in terrible shape. Just not anywhere close to what should be expected. Extremely disappointed.
