The description was spot on and everything was in working order. There were chairs and umbrellas in the closet to use on the beach but we didn't need them on this trip. My favorite thing was the fact that our 2 teenage girls could walk to the beach and we could see them from the balcony! Their favorite thing was that they could walk to the beach without mom and dad, lol. They loved the ice cream shop next door and hung out there alot. The place felt safe and secure. It is centrally located to a lot of restaurants and stores (some within walking distance). I never had an issue with parking in the garage. Honestly, this place changed my mind about a beach vacation and won me over.

The property was just as listed and better in person. We had 2 issues during our stay and after communicating about the issue they were both resolved quickly. We look forward to staying here again.

Overall good

The condo was nice and clean however, when checking the master bedroom for bed bugs, we noticed multiple urine stains. Not sure how long they were there but called the property manager and got that sorted out with new mattress topper and professional cleaning. Not sure who says the bed is comfortable because it felt like I was sinking to the floor. If you like a firm mattress, beware of that. Other than that, the condo was nice. Good location and the living room furniture seemed new so that was nice.

Great Location!

We just stayed a week in this Condo and did enjoy the location, the 5th floor view from the balcony. We liked the furnishings and the unit was clean upon arrival. It is fairly well stocked to cook and the recliners (sofa and separate chair) were awesome to relax on. The kids enjoyed the separate beds and having their own bathroom. The washer and dryer is a big plus as nothing dries well in this humidity. I only give this unit a 4 star as there were some issues. Our king bed is so soft we had a hard time sleeping. It does have a mattress foam topper which makes it I believe even more soft and you just sink it. It was not comfortable at all and quite disappointing. Also within a couple of hours of arriving we discovered a sewage smell coming from the 2nd bathroom. We notified the property company right away and maintenance we sent but could not determine where the smell was coming from. We were given Febreze to help but it only does so much. A couple of days later we had them come out again as it was just getting worse and the kids were not amused and the smell kind of took over the whole place. Not something you want when you are on vacation and trying to relax. It could not be fixed or figured out and we ended up leaving a day early. Not the way we were hoping this vacation would go. Maybe this was something we just experienced and it was not related completely to this particular unit. It is a huge complex with 12 floors, it was pretty busy while we were there.

Perfect location , beautiful condo with a beautiful view and nice furniture inside and out on the balcony! Very comfortable beds and bedding! Hot water and air wasn’t working , called maintenance and they were there in 5 minutes to fix it! We would definitely stay here again!!

The management staff went above and beyond. I was able to get into the condo several hours earlier than normal checkin time and they were very accommodating when we needed to stay an extra day.

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean and up to date. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the view from the balcony. Definitely recommend this to anyone. The water was beautiful and weather was perfect!

Anniversary trip from covid

My husband and I came here to stay for our one year wedding anniversary as we got married in covid & didn’t have an idea honeymoon. This was the perfect spot. Although I wish the weather had been slightly better in October; this was an idea location and we will absolutely be back. I am the upmost picky for cleanliness & analyze all bed sheets, baths, kitchen, floor, couch very well every time I stay somewhere & I can honestly say I was very pleased to find nothing that concerned me. The property is very taken care of and well presented. Only suggestion is master bed has a pillow top mattress cover that made us sink in some & could prob use an updated mattress for more comfort, but it definitely was not terribly uncomfortable at all. :) thanks again!!!!

Condo is even better than the picture show.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and condo has a great view of the beach. Some good places to eat within walking distance and only a short drive to anything else you may want.

The beach was a bit more crowded than usual, but still a great time. The only improvement would be to include beach chair service as an extra perk as part of the Xplorie program.
