Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa ja maisemoidussa kodissa on myös parkettilattiat, kaasutakka, CD-soitin / stereojärjestelmä, jossa on ulkokaiuttimet uima-altaan ääressä, ulkosuihku, hiiligrilli ja yksityisyys aita!

Vain mukava kävelymatka upealle julkiselle rannalle, jossa on kylpyhuone, pysäköinti ja Pompano Joen ravintola. Vesiskootterit, varjoliito ja muut aktiviteetit rannalla muutaman korttelin päässä. Kotimme on lähellä alueen golf- ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Meillä on oma uima-allas aidassa takapihalla, kuistilla nauttia siemaillen cocktaileja auringonlaskun aikaan viereisellä terassilla, jossa grilli, pöytä ja tuolit. Talo on suunniteltu suuri viihdyttävä suuri huone, takka ja iso näyttö TV. Keittiömme on täysin varusteltu (aivan kuin koti) suurella ruokailubaarilla, joka mahtuu 4 henkeä. Kotissamme on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa mahtuu 10. Yksi kuningas, yksi kuningatar, lastenhuoneessa on 1 kerrossänky, kaksinkertainen pohjassa ja kaksoset päällä. Siellä on myös kuningatar ja kaksi taittoa ja täysikokoinen Aero-sänky.

Great outdoor space, kitchen and master shower. Host provided beach chairs, several beach toys (we didn’t use), extra trash bags,and a lot of shower soap as well as minimal items you would find at other rental places. Owner was quick to respond to questions/issues. Couches were uncomfortable and beds were much softer than we were used to.

The home was beautiful and spacious, the owner provided many useful items for our stay. We rented a golf cart to get back-and-forth to the beach. The walk is doable but hard when you have children (and buckets, umbrellas, beach bags, etc.) to carry. The home is well organized. The pool was very enjoyable. We had a great stay!

Summer Vacation

The home is lovely! We loved having the pool and the neighbors were awesome as well. My only complaint would be that the housekeeper was still there when we arrived and was there for an hour after arrival. Dirty mops and water were left on the porch. Also, the host was kind of rude about the trash. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The home is awesome and extremely clean and has everything you could need. The location is perfect. The pool is plenty big and beautiful. We rented a golf cart and used it daily for the short trips to the beach but it's just a few blocks away so can easily be walked. The host has everything labeled making everything a breeze. It was a perfect week. If we ever make it back to this area we will definitely try to stay here again again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We had 6 travelers with us (2 adults, 2 teenage boys, a preteen girl and a 5 year old) and the house was perfect for all of us! Came with every kitchen item you would need for the week, all the outside pool toys you could need and all of the equipment you would need for a beach day. Location was perfect, short drive to entertainment or great restaurants and an easy walk to the beach! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing week away! We will be coming back for sure!

Beautiful House

3 families stayed at the house for a week for a family reunion of 50 family members. The entire family rented 7 different houses including a very large house with 10 rooms. Everyone agreed this was the best house of them all. The house is meticulously decorated and cleaned. The furniture and furnishings were of the highest quality. That included all the furniture around the pool. For instance the pool furniture was extremely comfortable and sturdy. The TVs have all the movie channels for relaxing inside on rainy days. The homeowner is very responsive and friendly. We did not realize that most of Miramar Beachfront is private, but this house is 2 blocks from Pompano Joe's which is where one of the public beaches are located. That beach access point is very well maintained and has all the accommodations you would need. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home

The home was as beautiful in person as the online pics show. The back yard was gorgeous, the pool was crystal clear, clean and warm. The backyard furniture, in particular, was of high quality and quite comfortable. The kitchen held all the things (pots, pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc -ie everything) we needed for meal prep and good family time. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Cable TV was great, wifi worked well, washer/dryer was convenient and useful, and interactions with the owner were always quick and decisive. Getting to the beach was easy. We hung out at Pompano Joe's on the beach a lot. 5 stars. Worth the price of admission.

This is our third year staying at this property and it feels like our home away from home. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and an awesome pool! The host is great to work with and very quick to respond to questions.

Amazing house

The house and pool were amazing. We enjoyed going to the beach in the morning and coming back and spending the afternoon at the pool. It is a short walk to the beach. We thought about renting a golf cart, but didn't. David was great and checked on us during the week. He had the house stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Another great stay!

This was our second trip to Destin and our second time renting this home. It is everything you see and more. The home is immaculate, the pool is incredible, and the owners are kind and responsive. Great location with everything you could possibly need. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the ocean. We will be coming back in 2024 for a third trip!

Comfortable and Convenient

VRBO home was very nice. It had most everything you would need for a week away. Location was convenient to the beach and included beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. Plenty of amenities for cooking/grilling at the house. We spent lots of time in the backyard pool. Would love to go back to this area of Florida in the future. Communicating with the owner was very easy. Definitely recommend this property.

Great House/Location/Pool/Host

Had a wonderful time. Clean, fully stocked with paper products, plate ware, flatware, towels for bath and beach. Pool was heated and plenty of space. We felt like we had our own oasis. Everything is labeled, which was a great help for kids and parents alike. If you don’t understand how something operates/functions, it is not due to a lack of instructions/helpful hints. Which were great for local places to visit as well! The prep done by this host made for a seamless, great outings, no questions needed vacation for 12 folks for 7 days. They truly have it down to a science. It was all pretty amazing in my eyes.

All the Goods!

We really enjoyed our time in Miramar! This home has all the goods! It’s comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities. The private pool, beach chairs, and towels are all nice extras! The kitchen is fully stocked! And the owner tries to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and not a bunch of work for you as the renter! I highly recommend and would stay her again!

One of the best houses in Destin!

We go to Destin every Summer and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Right after we booked the house The owner sent me every detail about the home via email and to my home address. When we arrived the house was super clean and had every amenity you could think of with plenty of driveway for parking. All beds in the house were comfortable. The master shower is very large. The backyard was the ultimate hangout spot with a nice pool and plenty of seating. We were only a couple blocks from the beach. There was nothing about this house we didn’t like and we are already planning our next visit.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the house, it is definitely a comfortable and welcoming space. David has a kitchen stocked with all of the things you would find in your own kitchen, which is nice if you want to cook your own meals. We enjoyed the pool and new outdoor furniture (2 tables with umbrellas and 8 chairs). This is a quiet location ideal for relaxing and just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. David is a great host, and the house and amenities are amazing. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Relaxing vacation

We had 7 of us staying for the first time in Destin and this place did not disappoint! Having 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The house is super clean and spacious. David was fantastic to work with and the home had everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was our fave!! This house is a short walk to the beach. Pompano Joe's was a great place to eat! We would definitely come back! We totally enjoyed our family vacation.

Awesome place!

The house is great. Pool and backyard is the perfect hangout. The pool is large. You can’t beat the location and it’s proximity to everything. The property manager is easy to work with and super nice. This was our third time staying here and I’m sure we will be back again.
