This unit has a washer/dryer. We provide full linens (bath towels and sheets, but we do not provide beach towels). We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Surfside also provides a large sky bridge that ends with a large deck overlooking the ocean where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets. Head down the stairs of the deck to the beach bar and grab your afternoon beverage. Or you can enjoy watching the playful dolphin! Guests love walking and basking on what is ranked as one of the 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World.

We welcome you to share in our home-away-from-home as your home-away-from-home. We have prepared for our very own use and for those who want the VERY BEST!!!

This wonderful condo is a 'NO SMOKING' unit. POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. The Surfside Resort prohibits pets.

Great getaway

We had the best time spending the 4th of July at the beach! The condo is amazing. The views were spectacular! We could sit on the balcony and watch fireworks from all over! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay over Labor Day. The condo was clean, decorated well and just across the street from the beach. Just a very short walk. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a plus! Julie, our host was vdryrepinsive and let us know the condo was ready at 1:30 pm, 2 1/2 hours early! Thank you!

Wonderful management

The property was very nice. Clean. The view was good especially for not being directly on the beach. The parking was good. The stripe wasn’t so busy so easy to duck out and get food. But Julie, manager, was amazing. She was prompt and so helpful. Great stay

We love this condo...we've stayed here before...clean, bright, comfortable, just homey, had a great view...owner took time to check in on us, super helpful, friendly, and very considerate...beach was great...sand/water amazing...the guys that set up chairs and umbrellas worked very hard...didnt want to leave, but planning to return... ⛱️ 💜

Great Condo

Great Condo with accurate pictures and description! No problems at all during our stay. The pool area at the resort was outdated and is due for an upgrade however the condo itself was great! We had beautiful weather and the short walk to the beach was wonderful. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Very nice and clean!

We found the property to be a little more dated than the pictures showed. The master shower was challenging to regulate the water. It was either hot or cold for the most part. The bed in the master bedroom was a little rickety. The unit was stocked very well. However, the unit had more wear than I expected for the price paid.

Great Views and lots of ammenties

Julie was so helpful in the booking and check-in processes and helped make our stay as pleasant as possible. Great balcony and views with beach set-up that was such a wonderful extra.

Great location, great value stay.

The property was impressive, one of few hi rises with such a great location. There is a street between the building and the ocean, but the accommodations to beach access were great. The suite itself was amazing, comfortable beds amazing balcony views and well supplied kitchen. All appliances were in working order, dishwasher washer and dryer, all worked great for our lengthy stay. The on site restaurant was so amazing, fresh seafood sushi oysters on the half and fried seafood platters were so delicious without the travel and wait times! We loved the area, most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen! Beach chair service was on point, just gotta get there early for front row! Can’t say enough good about the place, Julie was great, helped us several times with questions about this or that very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. If you’re looking for a great find for a family get away look no further this was paradise!

Surf side building and property is outdated and needs updating. Condo unit 1506 was overall nice but badly needs updating. Overall decent property. Having beech chairs and beautiful beach was highlight of this rental.

Christmas Golf Vacation

It was wonderful to have a 15th floor view from the balcony. The condo has a very well supplied kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice decor. It is in a great location. Julie was great to work with. One small con was that the tile floors needed to be swept----lots of grit and dust balls. We will rent here again on our next Destim trip.

Closets have to many things stored in them. Livingroom furniture could use some updating. Electrical outlets in the kitchen are cracked and loose which seem very dangerous. Could use a deep cleaning instead of a quick one. All in all we enjoyed our time but would choose a different condo next time.

Great family place

We had a great experience. The condo was comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The view was nice and the walk was easy to the beach. The condo was stocked with anything and everything we needed which was really nice.

It was a great condo. Location was perfect. Only problem was there was no ramp to carry wagons or pull alongs and carrying down several flights of stairs was difficult. Other than that it was perfect

Stay was good, and place was very nice. For us I think this is the last hi-rise for us. Probably nothing more than three stories. Just our preference now that we are older, but Julie was great to work with.
