  • TERVETULOA FRANGISTA ENCORE! Viides makuuhuone on lisätty 2019!

    Tämä 3700 neliömetrin koti oli esillä HGTV- ja Coastal Living -lehdessä. Ylellisessä rannalla sijaitsevassa kodissamme on viisi makuuhuonetta, viisi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta ja oma 5 "X 15": n splash-allas, josta on näkymät rannalle. Talossa on korkeatasoinen iso olohuone, keittiön graniitti työtasot ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja kovat puulattiat koko toisen ja kolmannen kerroksen. Tämä koti sisältää 40 "laajaa parveketta, joista on näkymät Persianlahden kuohuviiniin vesillä kaikilla tasoilla. Kaikki 3 ulkotasoa tarjoavat istuimet ja ruokailumahdollisuudet.

    Astu tähän tilavaan kotiin löytääkseni lehtipuu- ja travertiinilattiat, graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja lämmin kutsuva oleskelutila, jossa on mukavat kalusteet, 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, baarikeittiö, queen-vuodesohva ja pääsy splash-altaalle.

    Toisessa tasossa on tärkein oleskelutila, jossa on toinen 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, täysin varustettu gourmet-keittiö, ruokapöytä, jossa on istuimet kahdeksalle ja aamiaisbaari, jossa on ylimääräisiä istuimia. Master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode ja 50 tuuman taulutelevisio, vuodesohva ja oma kylpyhuone, on täydellinen paikka perääntyä päivän päätteeksi.

    Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa on omat kylpyhuoneet. Kolmannen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, queen-vuodesohva ja 50 tuuman taulutelevisio. Tästä huoneesta on näköala rannalle, jossa on oma parveke. Pieni makuuhuone (2 erillistä vuodetta), jossa on 30 tuuman taulutelevisio, sijaitsee makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella lapsen vetäytymisellä. Myös queen-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja 40 tuuman taulutelevisio ja ylim����äräinen king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on 30 tuuman televisio tässä kerroksessa.

    Frangista Beach -yhteisöallas ja kylpylä sijaitsee vain yhden korttelin päässä tästä ylellisyydestä. Frangista Encore -hotellissa on tarjolla alennuksia golfkärrystä, polkupyörästä, vesiskootterista, rannasta ja vauvavaihteista.

    Yksityinen asuin hissi on saatavilla asiakkaan pyynnöstä. Keskustele kanssamme etukäteen, jos tarvitset hissiä.

    Äskettäin hyväksytyn säädöksen takia teltat ja katokset eivät ole sallittuja missään Waltonin läänissä.

    POOL HEAT-yksityinen uima-allas voidaan lämmittää vielä 35 dollaria / päivä ja se on ostettava koko oleskelun ajaksi.

    Pysäk��inti on mahdollista korkeintaan 6 ajoneuvoa riippuen koosta (mukaan lukien autotalli). Valitettavasti lisäpysäköinti ei ole saatavilla naapurustossa.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The splash pool was great, short walk to beach out the back porch, and overall home layout with great kitchen and living area for everyone to be together without feeling cramped!! Would highly recommend this property and plan to book again next year! The use of the elevator was greatly appreciated as my husband needed it! Thank you Frangista Beach Properties for your great service and help throughout the entire rental process and stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of the rental was perfect for us. The balconies were great. We were very disappointed with the decor and furnishings. It was drab and did not feel like we were at the beach when we were inside, except for the master suite. The cleanliness was also below our expectations. The staff was professional and responsive. Get rid of the chipped dishes.

Professional, pleasant and always helpful. All of my concerns or maintenance issues were addressed promptly. This property is as advertised and it definitely has a million dollar view. I do think it could use some updating inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. Patio furniture could be more comfortable. The access to the beach is perfect. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and everything you would need.

We have stayed at another home in Frangista a few years ago and we almost didn’t rent this house because our first experience was a dirty house and that was not being maintained. This house was a wonderful experience for our family reunion group of infants to grandparents! The house was clean and the manager even checked on us several times to make sure all was well. I casually mentioned that our bathroom plug wasn’t working and the shower light would work randomly. The manager immediately responded with the time frame the electrician would be over. He fixed it quickly. Also since it was the 4th of July holiday week the manager sent fireworks schedules for the surrounding areas. Watching the fireworks on the 4th, on the beach just steps from our private entrance was just perfect. The Emerald Coast is magical on a regular day but the 4th of July celebrations made us all appreciate the efforts made by all those who put on the best shows! We would return to this particular home again. It was perfect for our group.

Comfortable for a large group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are pretty easy to please— the house was in good enough shape. The decor was a little outdated but we were not bothered by that. The pricing at the time was good for a location right on the beach. We did make the mistake of going during spring break where they were lots of college kids. Beaches were super crowded and the crowds were a little more rowdy than I would’ve liked. At times at night you could hear loud screaming and music. The house did have a leak and needed a good deep clean. The community pool was not warm at all. That was disappointing. We did pay extra to have the pool at the house heated. I would say it’s more like a large hot tub than a pool. It was very warm and enjoyable.
