  • TERVETULOA FRANGISTA ENCORE! Viides makuuhuone on lisätty 2019!

    Tämä 3700 neliömetrin koti oli esillä HGTV- ja Coastal Living -lehdessä. Ylellisessä rannalla sijaitsevassa kodissamme on viisi makuuhuonetta, viisi ja puoli kylpyhuonetta ja oma 5 "X 15": n splash-allas, josta on näkymät rannalle. Talossa on korkeatasoinen iso olohuone, keittiön graniitti työtasot ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja kovat puulattiat koko toisen ja kolmannen kerroksen. Tämä koti sisältää 40 "laajaa parveketta, joista on näkymät Persianlahden kuohuviiniin vesillä kaikilla tasoilla. Kaikki 3 ulkotasoa tarjoavat istuimet ja ruokailumahdollisuudet.

    Astu tähän tilavaan kotiin löytääkseni lehtipuu- ja travertiinilattiat, graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja lämmin kutsuva oleskelutila, jossa on mukavat kalusteet, 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, baarikeittiö, queen-vuodesohva ja pääsy splash-altaalle.

    Toisessa tasossa on tärkein oleskelutila, jossa on toinen 60 tuuman taulutelevisio, täysin varustettu gourmet-keittiö, ruokapöytä, jossa on istuimet kahdeksalle ja aamiaisbaari, jossa on ylimääräisiä istuimia. Master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode ja 50 tuuman taulutelevisio, vuodesohva ja oma kylpyhuone, on täydellinen paikka perääntyä päivän päätteeksi.

    Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa on omat kylpyhuoneet. Kolmannen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, queen-vuodesohva ja 50 tuuman taulutelevisio. Tästä huoneesta on näköala rannalle, jossa on oma parveke. Pieni makuuhuone (2 erillistä vuodetta), jossa on 30 tuuman taulutelevisio, sijaitsee makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella lapsen vetäytymisellä. Myös queen-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja 40 tuuman taulutelevisio ja ylim����äräinen king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on 30 tuuman televisio tässä kerroksessa.

    Frangista Beach -yhteisöallas ja kylpylä sijaitsee vain yhden korttelin päässä tästä ylellisyydestä. Frangista Encore -hotellissa on tarjolla alennuksia golfkärrystä, polkupyörästä, vesiskootterista, rannasta ja vauvavaihteista.

    Yksityinen asuin hissi on saatavilla asiakkaan pyynnöstä. Keskustele kanssamme etukäteen, jos tarvitset hissiä.

    Äskettäin hyväksytyn säädöksen takia teltat ja katokset eivät ole sallittuja missään Waltonin läänissä.

    POOL HEAT-yksityinen uima-allas voidaan lämmittää vielä 35 dollaria / päivä ja se on ostettava koko oleskelun ajaksi.

    Pysäk��inti on mahdollista korkeintaan 6 ajoneuvoa riippuen koosta (mukaan lukien autotalli). Valitettavasti lisäpysäköinti ei ole saatavilla naapurustossa.

WiFi was terrible. Back door and deck door looks either didn’t work, broken, missing, or hard to operate. Two beachfront chairs were broken. Overall it was a very nice place to stay

William was awesome to work with,the house was great and the location was even better.The only thing I would change it needs a tankless hot water heater.Well furnished with any and everything.The location was perfect and the views and the beach were even better.Absolutely the best Host u could possibly have.Thank you again for a wonderful week!!!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

Beautiful Beach Front Family Oasis

We enjoyed the beach front location, three amazing decks with great beach view, private beach access and included beach service. Master suite is truly amazing with huge bath, multiple sitting areas and a small private sitting / sleep space, plus an amazing balcony. All five bedrooms are en suite, plenty of privacy but also lots of great family space with the decks, great kitchen / dining and upper and lower level living areas. Small protected plunge pool was a nice treat, too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and added beach towels. Service was great when we had questions. Plenty of parking with driveway and two car garage, which included lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. House included all the supplies we needed (trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. ). Location is great for restaurants, beach gear, shops! We enjoyed a week with our adult children and grandchild, truly an unforgettable experience. We hope to visit again!

Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

Our family was able to gather on the balconies, and in common areas for together time. Sleeping was comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The house was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The best part is the perfect location on the beach, with the surf asyour neighbor. It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The splash pool was great, short walk to beach out the back porch, and overall home layout with great kitchen and living area for everyone to be together without feeling cramped!! Would highly recommend this property and plan to book again next year! The use of the elevator was greatly appreciated as my husband needed it!
