Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with king bed, large flat screen smart TV, and closet. The spacious en suite bathroom with granite counter features a European style walk-in shower with double glass doors, multiple safety bars and built-in shelves.

A gorgeous staircase takes you upstairs to the 2 guest bedrooms, both with spectacular views of the lake, bay and lush green surroundings. One guest room features a king bed, seating, built-in bookcases and wall-mounted TV. The second guest room has a full/full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and a seating area in front of the wall-to-wall picture window. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious bathroom with double-sink granite-top vanity, wall-width mirror and tons of natural light. Outside, enjoy your private deck with plenty of comfortable seating and a BBQ grill while enjoying the extensive view overlooking the lake and natural beauty of the Fairways.
