    Nauti upeista Persianlahden edestä melkein mistä tahansa näkökulmasta tässä 13. kerroksen Beachside-osakehuoneistossa Sandestin Golf & Beach Resortissa - Beachside One! Tämä on yksi harvinaisista Beachside One -ominaisuuksista, joka tarjoaa oman parvekkeen sekä valtavan yksityisen aurinkoterassin - molemmilta on esteetön näkymä Meksikonlahteen.

    Omistaja ei säästänyt kustannuksia suunnitellessaan tätä upeaa rannan puolella olevaa huoneistoa. Tässä huoneistossa on kevyt ja ilmava sisustus, joka tarjoaa hyväpalkkaisia huonekaluja, suunnittelijoiden sähkölaitteita, laattalattiat ja tyylikkäästi valitut seinäverhot. Televisio DVD-levyillä on molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on sisustettu kauniisti, upea laatta, mukautetut kaapit ja päivitetyt kalusteet. Master-kylpyammeessa on ylellinen kaakeloitu suihku, ja toisessa kylpyammeessa on kauniisti kaakeloitu yhdistelmä-amme ja suihku. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat täydellisiä rantapyyhkeiden kuivaamiseen rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen.

    Beachside One, vasta sisustettu aula, istuu suoraan rannalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannan rantatietä pitkin. Rakennus tarjoaa vierailleen WIFi: n, kuntokeskuksen ja kausilämmitteisen uima-altaan ja porealtaan.

    Sinä yönä, jonka haluat nauttia illasta, Baytowne Wharfin kylä tarjoaa erinomaisen valikoiman ravintoloita hienosta ruokailusta pizzaan, sushiin ja muuhun. The location and view is excellent. Access to the beach and pool is very easy. Parking is good and convenient. The kitchen is not well equipped and the bed mattress are not comfortable. Everything else is good.

Christmas Break Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our holiday break. The condominium was beautiful. The owners have recently updated the home to a modern design. The bathrooms were beautiful and the shower sauna in the master was delicious. This unit has a gorgeous Private rooftop extension to the normal balcony. We put it to good use sunbathing while staying out of the cool breeze. All the appliances are new and top of the line. We explored all of Sandestin was never got bored due to the many activities, golf, restaurants, movies , walking trails in the area. We will definitely be back to enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.

Great Place, Bad Checkin

The unit is great with only 3 units on this floor it is quiet. The view is unbeatable. However, the checkin experience was the worst I have ever had. I did not receive a gate code or door code until after many calls over several hours. The property managers make it intentionally hard to get a hold them. If you rent here, be sure they send you everything well in advance. Once in the unit though … very nice

There we as plenty of seating at the table and living room for all of us and other family staying at Beschside 1. It was FANTASTIC to have a full size cleaning washing machine and dryer vs those small stackable that don’t clean. The beds were comfortable, too. Refrigerator did a good job of chilling. Only thing we didn’t like was the cooktop. We couldn’t work it! We could get the electronics to turn on but as soon as the eye was hot and started cooking it would turn off! Searched online, but couldn’t find the proper procedure .

We loved how San Destin is between the best parts of 30A and the area around the Harborwalk. The unit has a large porch area that soaks up the sun with majestic views of the emerald waters of Miramar Beach. The shower is SPA in of itself with powerful SPA jets that spray away the sand and sunscreen clean off!

The rug in 2nd bedroom and living room shedded which was annoying when it got all over your clothes but the washer and dryer worked great. The pool was great. Never too crowded. The beach access was easy. My husband for got his pool band twice ( in my bag waiting on me to come down) and got snapped at by property personnel. I get why they need the bands but the way you tell someone makes a difference. Overall wish we could have stayed longer!

However, the condition of the condo was not impressive and was not reflective of the pictures shown on the website. Rugs and drapes were torn and badly frayed, the master shower leaked terribly and cabinet doors were not attached. The Management Company understood our concerns and was helpful to deal with. We have stayed at Beachside One and Two many times and this condo was the least impressive of all. The property has been neglected. We would not stay at this property again. But we will continue to deal with Platinum Vacations.

The only issue we saw with it was the rug in the living room and master bedroom. They are unraveling and need to be replaced. We showed it to Crystal, and she agreed. This was our 3rd year renting and have already committed to next year. We have referred several friends to Platinum, and they have been pleased with the service.

Also the kitchen is stocked with very high end cookware, etc. Love everything about this place and hope to return next year!!!

Only complaint was maintenance being done on the pool the first day that we were there. It seems like they were just changing out a few tiles which I don’t understand why that could not have waited until November or December. And this was a very minor inconvenience but will not hinder me from staying here again!!

Great location

Amazing stay. Very convenient location right on the water. Exactly as described. Some of the wall fixtures in the master bath were missing/torn out of the wall but this was a minor inconvenience.
