About the Community of Tides at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort
The Tides at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort sits beachfront high above the sandy white dunes of the Emerald Coast. This beachfront condominium features private balcony two- and three-bedroom accommodations with plenty of room for family and friends. This community does not allow glass, tents or canopies on the beach.

Complimentary beach and sports equipment for basketball, shuffleboard and putt-putt can be picked up at the Association office on the ground floor of the Tides at Tops'l building. The Resort fitness center card is not available for purchase with this condo.

Located next to the serene Tops’l nature preserve, Tops’l Resort hosts a quiet private beach for your enjoyment. After you’ve relaxed on the beach, head to the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Destin and Miramar Beach just minutes away. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports and more are available locally at additional costs.
