Crescent on aidatulla, alhaisen nousukompleksin loistavalla paikalla Scenic Hwy 98: sta. Jos etsit päästä pois hälinästä ... Olemme saaneet paikka sinulle! Kun kävelet meidän yksikkö te ryhdytään rauhallinen paikka lämmin, kutsuva ja rentouttava värit ja kalusteet sekä upeat näkymät. Olohuoneessa on kalustettu kaksi sohvaa voit rentoutua katsellen suosikki ohjelma 50 "taulutelevisio.

Ateriat voidaan valmistaa myös täysin varusteltu keittiö ja sitten nauttia ruokapöytä ja tuolit tai parvekkeella. Täysikokoinen jääkaappi varmasti on kätevää kaikille päivittäis.

Nauti kodin mukavuudet kun annat makuuhuone. Sinut tervetulleeksi rauhoittavia värejä ja kalusteet tämän tyylikkäästi sisustetussa huoneessa. Olemme toimittaneet TV mukava katsella. Yksikkömme on sisustettu myös täysikokoisilla erillisillä vuoteilla toisessa makuuhuoneessa (joka voidaan muuntaa king size -vuoteeksi) sekä queen size -käynnistys-vuodesohva.

2nd time staying at The Crescent and it did not disappoint. Condo just as described - view is amazing - beach chairs a bonus... would definitely come back. Had one small hiccup on first day and host communicated immediately and fixed our issue. During Spring Break there were alot of families with young ones... we have young adults - but that would be our only issue... less young kids in heated pool and hot tubs. Overall - Highly recommend!

We loved the proximity of The Crescent to the gulf waters. The condo was beautiful and the general area was very clean. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella in the summer sun, but not the pool, which felt like warm bath water due to the high outdoor temps. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! We loved the beach access and beautiful view! It was very clean, and communication with the owner was great! Very close to lots of activities. We really enjoyed the Village of Baytown Wharf.

Everything about this location is perfect. Proximity to pool, beach, groceries, restaurants and the outlet mall. 30 minute drive from the airport. Even the elevation and location in the property is great on second floor in the middle of the buildng. The unit has got some dated features but, we weren't there to spend time inside. Balcony and outdoor furnishings were great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are part of the daily beach amenities. Love that is was a secure property and very well maintained. Cons that were not in the Owner's control: while we were there, flooring replacements in the unit next door - on the bedroom wall AND flooring replacement in the unit above. We spoke to the onsite management and received little more than confirmation it was happening, and they had hours of work. Clearly not supposed to start at 6 am but clearly nobody on site to manage that. Good News For You - they will be done before you stay! Come for the panoramic views, the pool, the landscaping and the beach - don't forget to bring your own beach towel though (would be a nice touch to have provided). Gracious host who ensured our arrival was smooth and some great restaurant suggestions. We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay at The Crescent The apartment was very clean but is ready for some upgrading in particular the bathrooms. The bedroom carpets need either cleaning or replacing. Michelle the owner was very helpful and communication was excellent.

We’re so spoiled with everything about this place. The pool is huge! The heated pool is a lifesaver when it’s not always super warm! The beach is right off the property. There’s plenty of places to eat! The condo is always clean & efficient! The only negative thing I have to say is the bed wasn’t super comfortable but overall it was bearable. We absolutely love it!!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Just a short drive into busy Destin, this Miramar Beach condo was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Three options for sunning - the amazing pool area, the beach (where we had 2 chairs and an umbrella included in our stay) or the the balcony receives amazing rays through the day! The condo is fully stocked with all kitchen items you could possibly need, and there are grills available if you desire. The beds were comfortable and clean… and you can watch the waves of the ocean from the master. Absolutely would rent this again!
