The condo sits ground floor to allow easy access for guests. Upon entering the condo you will notice the updated interior immediately. The King Bedroom has been decorated with soothing beach colors, beautiful furnishings, and a large flat screen TV for guests to enjoy before heading off to sleep. A short stroll further down the hall will lead to the bathroom then open into the kitchen and living area. The living room features another large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is are four bar stools along the kitchen bar to allow plenty of seating for meals. At the end of the living room a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony which looks out over the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico just off in the distance. The patio has plenty of seating for all guests to enjoy the sounds of the roaring waves just steps away.
