Newly updated, this 2-bedroom Turnberry condo comes with a 6 Seat Golf Cart! The entire unit has been freshly painted, the upstairs carpet was replaced with wood-look LVP flooring, and there is all new furniture throughout. Take in the serene views of the lake and the 1st hole of Baytowne Golf Course from one of the many windows within the condo or from the spacious, open balcony. The first floor encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, including a pantry, large living & dining area, and a powder room.

At the top of the stairs is a loft space with a new full size sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping accommodations and a laundry closet with the washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The Master suite features several windows providing for ample natural light, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large garden tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom as well.

When you are ready to enjoy the outdoor paradise, venture out onto the balcony and grill up a meal on the BBQ grill while watching the lake and golf course views. Or, hop on the 6 Seat Golf Cart that is included with this rental and head over to the private resort beach access, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, or Grand Blvd for shopping, dining, and events.
