From the moment you walk into this airy space, you’ll enjoy the wood flooring, muted beachy tones, high-end décor, and windows for natural light. This delightful first floor living area will help you sink into the vacation vibes and give you the perfect space to rest, relax, and experience Gulf life. Here, you’ll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry, along with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and pristine views. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar, eat with your group at the dining table, or take your food out to the back patio with 4 person table and views of the lake. Start your day here with a cup of coffee and end it in the living room with chic furniture and a flat screen TV. Use the townhome’s grill and enjoy the weather and some BBQ!

After a day on the beach, the golf course, or one of the various adventures Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer, unwind on the back patio or head to one of two bedrooms, both featuring comfortable bedding and private en suite bathrooms. The master features oversized windows for beautiful views from the king bed and a stellar en suite bath with tub/shower combo. For your guests, help them get settled just down the hall with 2 twin beds and en suite with tub/shower combo. Laundry is also located on this floor making long stays and beach trips hassle-free.
