The open living area is furnished with coastal-inspired decor to include light-toned walls, rustic accents, and teal and coral colored accents that pop. The light gray wrap-around couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa and faces both the breezy balcony and a wall-mounted TV. Six high-backed chairs surround the dining table, while the open kitchen provides additional seating at the granite-topped bar. The open concept floorplan is perfect for entertaining guests, a relaxed evening indoors, or an intimate gathering with friends and family.

Glass doors open from the living room onto the Gulf-front balcony which boasts spectacular views of the beach as far as the eye can see. With a comfortable setup of table and chairs, it is easy to enjoy the views, your favorite drink, the sounds of the surf, and good company while you hang out on the balcony.

The stylish master suite includes a king-size bed, luxurious en-suite bath, and doors that open onto the balcony. The guest bedroom features a unique bunk setup, with a queen-size bed on the bottom and an elevated twin bed above.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.
