Spend a day of fun in the sun, swimming in the pool, the ocean, or just relaxing on the beach. Golf is only minutes away at many excellent courses and if fishing is your pleasure, piers and charter boats are close by. You’ll enjoy the amenities at this top of the line complex that features an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. All units have unobstructed views of the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Majestic Sun is just a short walk to Whales Tale beachside Bar and Grill. Also enjoy the water activates offered on the beach (only during season). The Destin area is filled with so many things to do! After your busy day, return to watch the sunset over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

All One Level: Living Room with Full Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
