PARKING
• Open, gated parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Maximum of two vehicles per reservation
• Parking passes are provided inside the condo
• No trailers, RVs, campers, boats, or oversized vehicles

PET POLICY (PLEASE READ)
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs
• Pre-approval required prior to arrival
• Pet fee applies
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Local ordinances prohibit dogs on the beach

CHECK-IN + ARRIVAL

GETTING AROUND:
Maravilla is a walkable, gated beach community along Scenic Gulf Drive, close to local restaurants, beachfront cafés, and shopping. Many guests walk to the beach and nearby spots, while a car is recommended for exploring Destin and Miramar Beach. Rideshare services are readily available.

• Extended stays of 30 nights or longer may require an additional cleaning per Coastline policy
• Cancellation terms, fees, and applicable charges are governed by the booking platform and rental agreement
• Starter amenities are provided for arrival only; replenishment is the guest's responsibility
