Check in process is not straight forward. Got a text with the door code so I proceeded to the room. Got to the room and heard people inside. Someone came out of the room and it was the cleaning crew still cleaning. Why text the door code when people are still in the room cleaning? I had no WiFi the entire stay. Could not get logged in with the passcode that they provided. Was told to just search for WiFi from another room and log in with the same passcode, still didn’t work. Was told that I would have to call the local internet provider and deal with it myself. I left the room and went to the beach. When I came back to the room there was a device on the table. It was a hotspot device that I could log on to so that I could have WiFi. I never gave anyone permission to enter my room. The hotspot did not work either. I could log on to it, but it was so slow that I was better off using my own personal hotspot which I did for my entire trip and was thus charged by my internet provider for exceeding data. There were also other things such as the water would only get lukewarm in the guest bathroom. The tub/shower water was hot. The toaster did not work properly either. I had to manually hold the handle down in the toaster to get it to work.
I would not book another room through RealJoy.
