Discover the perfect beach retreat just blocks away from your private access to the pristine shores of Frangista Beach, one of Florida's premier coastal gems. This resort home combines luxury and convenience, providing an ideal setting for your escape. Plus, with host approval, you can host intimate private events, creating lasting memories in this coastal paradise.

The 1st floor offers a bedroom that is a dream for children, with sleeping arrangements for 10 in 2 double over double bunk beds, a TV and entertainment center, bean bags to lounge on, and video games. There is a half bath on this floor and a complete lounge area that includes plenty of seating, a full kitchenette area, large smart TV, and awesome views of the pool. Next, there is a full bedroom with a King bed ensuite full bath with walk in shower. To finish off the tour of the 1st floor you can exit out the back door and enter your own private resort area with a huge heated* lap pool, an outdoor kitchen, a large outdoor smart TV, fire chat seating and lounge area around pool, private solid concrete fencing, and palm trees to finish off the experience.
The 2nd floor includes a full kitchen, with a galley and meal prep area. In the main kitchen, you will find 2 massive refrigerators on either side of the Viking stove. The huge island has seating for 10 right next to a coffee bar area. For our large groups and events, we have the galley kitchen which comes complete with a huge Viking refrigerator, a Viking microwave oven, a double sink, and additional dishwasher! The open main living area flows right off the kitchen to seat 10 comfortably and includes a 70" smart TV along with a surround sound system that will make you believe you are in a movie theater! Next to the sitting area is the main dining area with 2 dining room tables to seat 16! Then you can simply walk out onto the 2nd-floor balcony and enjoy your coffee or just watch everyone at the pool.

Next is the 3rd floor, this floor has 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. This floor also has a balcony with an amazing view and seating for 10. Yes, there is more...step back onto the elevator for the ride to the top floor #4! This is where you will find a Master retreat that is top-notch! With a Master bathroom that is unmatched outside of a 5-star hotel, you can choose to relax in the beautiful soaking tub or use the walk-in shower with 4 shower heads. This floor includes a bunk room for the kids with a separate full bath with a walk-in shower area.

Then last, but certainly not least, you can walk out onto the 4th-floor balcony and get a view of the ocean or of the stars!
This Heights of Miramar Beach top balcony is over 700 square feet of outdoor Gulf views, fire chat area with seating, and sunrise and sunset views that books are written about! All of this and you get your own private beach access and plenty of shopping or dining.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home and property at all hours.

No parking is allowed outside of the driveway area, on the street, or in the grass.
The HOA will have vehicles parked illegally towed at the owner's expense.
NO RV or BOAT parking allowed in the driveway.
We do have a ring doorbell camera that has views of the front of the property and driveway area that is on 24 hrs.
